EVENTS:
A 50% deposit is required to book your requested date, remaining balance is due 7 days before the booking starts. All booking event booking include security and cleaning fee. There is a 4% processing fee for all credit/debit transaction. To avoid fee you can pay via Cash or Zelle.
If you bring in rental items they must be picked up before 8am the next day or it will result in an additional storage fee.
All rental delivers must be scheduled during the time a lot per the terms of the agreement.
PHOTOGRAPHY:
Arriving before your scheduled time to set up is not allowed, as another client may have the space during that time. Please note that extending your scheduled time will result in an additional fee and is only allowed if there is no other booking scheduled. Plan time not only to break down any equipment you’ve used(yours or M|C) as well as discarding trash and returning furniture and other studio to its original place.
Modern Collective Hourly photography rate | $75 HR
All Hourly Bookings Require a two hour minimum. Please note our weekend rate(Saturday/Sunday) is $100/hr.
Midtown Collective Hourly Photography rate | $100 hr
All Hourly Bookings Require a three hour minimum. Please note our weekend rate(Saturday/Sunday) is $150/hr.
Modern collective 10 HOUR event rATE | $2,250.00
This rate includes 10 hours, please include set up and breakdown time when booking. Access from 3pm-1am(optional) Guests must exit the venue no later than 1am. Professional security and the cleaning fee is included. Professional valet service can be added for an additional $400.00. Note: There is a 4% processing fee for all credit/debit transactions.
Modern collective Full Day EVENT RATE | $2,750.00
Booking a full day grants access from 9am-1am. This booking rate includes professional security and cleaning fee. Professional valet service can be added for an additional $400.00. Note: There is a 4% processing fee for all credit/debit transactions.
The Venue Half-Day EVENT rate| $4,250.00
